소개
이혜선 연구원은 장애인의 건강권과 건강형평성 증진을 위한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 장애인지원주택과 지역장애인보건의료센터 등 지역사회 현장에서, 장애당사자의 건강 목표와 의사결정을 지원하는 다학제 기반 케어코디네이션에 주목하고 있습니다. 인간중심돌봄과 지원의사결정의 관점에서 장애인의 건강관리 경험, 의료이용 접근성, 지역사회 건강돌봄 전달체계를 탐구하며, 현장의 목소리와 국제적 근거를 연결한 실천적 연구를 지향합니다. 이를 통해 장애당사자 중심의 포용적이고 지속가능한 건강돌봄 모델을 개발하고, 지역사회 간호 실무와 보건의료정책 개선에 기여하고자 합니다.
