Her research focuses on digital health and nursing interventions to support chronic disease self-management and promote health equity. Her research particularly addresses health disparities among populations facing barriers in healthcare and digital environments, including older adults and people with disabilities, with an emphasis on developing and evaluating accessible self-management support using digital technologies, including artificial intelligence.
