Introduction
Haesun Lee conducts research to advance the health rights and health equity of people with disabilities. Her work focuses on interdisciplinary care coordination in community settings, including supportive housing and regional disability health centers, to support individuals with disabilities in pursuing their health goals and participating in decision-making. Guided by person-centred care and supported decision-making, she examines health management experiences, access to healthcare, and community-based health and care delivery systems, connecting practice-based perspectives with international evidence. Through this work, she aims to develop inclusive and sustainable models of care that inform community nursing practice and health policy.
